   Think of this way.. though the festival dates are having its scientific significance , If we have our festivals falling not on any particular date and we have it on like … Pongal – friday 2nd week of january, tamil new year – friday 3rd week of april, diwali – friday 2nd week of november – We wont be having any difficulty in fixing the dates. 🙂 🙂
