Happy Navaratri!

Only today, I went to a friends place for Golu. Awesome Paal Payasam! And sundal of course

It was the same as your Golu except that they had Lord Balaji on the top

in madras after a loong time during navarathri - mylapore/tiruvanmiyur temples look really really beautiful and the whole neighborhood has come totally alive..great spirit pervading all over (ofcourse the sundals help)

We have an old rAmar paTTAbhishEkam picture at home and we always arrange the Ram, Sita, Lakshman & Hanuman golu bommais in the same order as is there in the picture
